Ukrainian airspace is closed, and most of the intelligence we are providing the Ukrainians is satellite generated. As far as military advice is concerned, I'm sure we would offer it, at least as long as the Russians leave cell towers and phone systems operational. There is a chance Russia could monitor those communications, but it may be a risk worth taking.

It would be too risky to send up one of our stealth drones, or any of our stealth fighters over Ukraine. If one of them were lost, it would be an intelligence windfall of epic proportions for the Russians (and the Chinese with whom Russia would almost certainly share any intelligence data gleaned from it).

We have provided tons and tons of weapons to Ukraine, but nothing that would provide the Russians any intelligence windfall should those systems fall into their hands. Javelins, mines, mortars, ammunition, small arms and the like have been provided for the past several months.

Getting anything into Ukraine now would be difficult, as we don't want Americans to be captured in the country, or caught making such a weapons transfer. The Russians will almost certainly move to interdict highways leading to / from Poland and other countries to head off this kind of interference. The Russians will also have AWACS radars monitoring all air traffic over Ukraine. If something doesn't show up correctly on their IFF, they'll certainly be intercepted.
