Overnight, Zelensky’s office said they agreed to Putin’s offer to meet for negotiations and were discussing a place and time of the negotiation process. “The sooner the negotiations begin, the more chance there will be to restore normal life.”

I suggest either Maidan Square or the Ukrainian presidential bunker. Putin can bring a secretary. Meeting in Minsk or Moscow could easily end up bring a one-way trip for any Ukrainian delegation.
