Zelensky taking Refuge

This is just an idea I had. What would happen if Zelensky and his cabinet took refuge in the EU, UK and US embassies? Wouldn't that give the Putin pause?

1. I do think he should relocate west and prepare to be a government in exile if needed.

Stay in charge as long as possible to guide defense forces and then flee the country and manage resistance activities from another nation (Poland would be ideal) and deny legitimacy to any future treaties or collaborationist governments.

In the absence of the real Ukrainian government, Putin just marches in, takes over, annexes the country next Tuesday, and the Russian Empire is restored. Any issue with the Ukraine? Take it up with their regional office in the Kremlin. Appointment required.
