Whoever Set the Expectations for Russia's Invasion is Either a Genius or an Idiot

Depending on what side they’re on. I will say that the West is managing those expectations and the messaging brilliantly. Kudos to our intel agencies on the framing, they are winning that war for sure. Putin has already failed by not already winning.
