8. He is how I did it. I wired $$ to The Bank of Ukraine military account via their

Associated Chase Bank Account in NYC. You set up the wire transfer to go to the Account number under the Heading for US dollars on National Bank of Ukraine’s website. You use Chase Bank Swift code as given on the website. Unfortunately my Chase bank charges $25 for a bank transfer, but I did it anyway as I didn’t see another way to directly fund the military since I don’t have any cryptocurrency. Below is the full link and I cut/pasted and put in bold the data points I had to use to set up the wire. BIC is the same as Swift number:

It would then be deposited in their accounts in the US, drawable when they need it.
