Please, where are these displayed? I've added the Ukrainian avatar to my profile but it does not seem to show up anywhere.

Come to think of it, I don't recall ever seeing them (on my posts or other's). But I see yours on the Post a Reply page. I see my avatar as well on the Post a Reply if I reply to my own posts (but nowhere else).

Browser is Chrome/Win 10 BTW.

12. Your avatar is the blue and yellow Ukraine flag.

Try reloading the page with shift F5. Sometimes if helps if you clear your browser cache, forcing the browser to retrieve new images instead of relying on the ones stored in the cache.

13. There are a number of settings under the My Account link at the top of the page.

You have to be using Classic or Standard and have Avatars set to Display. It is the choice on the second from the bottom.

14. Are you on phone or tablet? Right now I'm using Opera for...

Android on my phone and don't see any avatars, or some other stuff, like post counts. They are in profiles, though, and show up on my PC

16. As was just mentioned by Huggin,

the avatar is selected in Profiles but the display preference is set in My Account.

18. I don't see them on my Samsung phone, but they're fine on my laptop.
