Concerns from CIA over Pooty's appearance, puffy face, voice is different, actions are different, focus is different. Speculation is about COVID. I wonder if it is not really Pooty. That would explain the different voice, the long tables, the different focus, the pre-recroded messages. Reminds me of thin OBL and fat OBL. Hard-liners are using him to get their empire back. Maybe the evil just ate into his brain.

There are many treatments for it that don't involve steroids.

From what I could see of those side views, it looks like he's heavier, overall. He's been isolated, supposedly because of his fear of COVID. It's certainly plausible that he just gained a lot of weight from inaction, stress-eating, and vodka.

And, plenty of healthy people caught COVID, and many of those died from it, or now suffer from long COVID. Anyone who takes this disease lightly is a fool, regardless of how healthy they are.

But he is vaccinated and no doubt would have immediate access to all the best treatments, unlike a lot of regular people. He likes to portray himself as a macho man and it doesn't go well with the extreme fear of covid. He could have some health issue that makes covid risker.

Putin is pushing 70 years old, so he's vulnerable to potential complications, regardless of what quality of healthcare is available to him. Why risk getting it? Also, there's a good chance he took the Sputnik vaccine, which is not very effective.

I don't hear a voice difference nor can I recognize anything unusual about the face.
