Like JFK asked Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country . Change that to ask what you can do for humanity.

(3,943 posts)I think hes awkward, adhd, autistic, and other things. His social skills arent the best. But I think hes really a creative person with some vision. Some of it out there (like Mars), but some very relevant (EVs).

(58,785 posts)When we clashed over Russia's invasion and "annexation" of Crimea, the head of the space program was offended and suggested that without their rockets we might need to use a trampoline to get our astronauts to the station. Took a few years, but when SpaceX delivered the first load of astronauts to the station, Musk was able to report that the trampoline worked well.
