It was pointed out by a retired CIA agent his face looks swelled up lately and leaders are saying his personality has changed. I had noticed the swelling in his face myself. Is he on dialysis? Kidney failure maybe? I suppose it could be any number of things from nothing serious to life threatening. If he is on dialysis he might be on steroids like Prednisone causing him to be moody and more aggressive.

it could be something minor. As far as I can tell, he had a face lift some time back, trying to look younger. He could be using fillers to get rid of wrinkles. Or it could be something serious for which he has to take steroids.
