It's no accident that it is "difficult" to find the financial assets of a war criminal

It's by design.

The wealthy, the politicians they own, corporate lobbyists, lawyers and bankers make hiding Putin's, and other billionaires assets all perfectly legal.

NPR interviewed an editor for Forbes, and she explained how it's "all so difficult" to identify who owns what.

Is anyone surprised by this?

This seems like it would be a slam dunk for a Congressman with courage.

It can be fixed by legislation.

We can ensure that the assets of the wealthy can be easily identified.

Seems like that would come in handy about now.

Yeah, it seems like half of the banking sector is in the business of hiding assets... Wounded Bear Feb 2022 #2
Yeah, but then American masters' offshore accounts would be vulnerable. 3Hotdogs Feb 2022 #3

I sure would like the effort to be made to find Russian funding of fox and the other rw outlets.
With fox it would be stock ownership, I suppose.

A whistleblower or two would be nice.
