In all seriousness, I went on at 11 day cruise a couple of months ago and people were chastising me for taking risks. My immediate statement to them was that it was much safer than my going to work wherein I aerosolize quadrillions of viral particles on a daily basis and breathe them in and ingest them without a doubt.

In fact, the crew of the ship was required to be completely vaccinated and wear masks at all times, and all the passengers had to not only be vaccinated but pass COVID-19 tests dockside, immediately prior to boarding the ship. We had zero breakthrough cases during the voyage.

I have had nearly 150 telephone calls following patient treatment wherein the patient says to me, “ I’ve got some bad news I was positive for Covid when you were doing work on me in your dental office.“ Some of us take risks which others do not and this individual in the video is a very brave person. On the other hand I’m not brave, but must needs work to pay my bills and maintain the commitment to my patients.
