DU historians

Does Putin's invasion of Ukraine have similarities to Mussolini's invasion of Abysinnia (Ethiopia). While they both eventually emerged victorious they vastly underestimated the opposition and were humbled in the process. Same thing happened when China invaded Vietnam.

but ideologically both invasions originated from the fetid wasteland that describes the minds of those two despots - trying to restore lost empires.
