By unanimous decision, FIFA cravenly refused to ban the Russians from participating in World Cup competition. They cravenly decided to have Russia participate in neutral sites without crowds.
The Poles objected, saying they refuse to play Russia under any circumstances. The English will probably ban the Russian women from participating in the European Football Championships.
