I'm assuming there will be Russian refugees too?

People will flee Russia because it will be so hard to live there.

When you-know-who was installed, I renewed my passport in case I needed to leave.

If they aren't fighting they may have joined the stream of non-ukrainian refugees leaving that country. Even crossing the first border out of Ukraine may be much harder for them.
