Does she expect loser McCarthy to do something?? [I think not] McCarthy is as scared of Trump as the rest of the Repugs are.
@RepLizCheney
Marjorie Taylor Greene now using her official USG congressional account to promote anti-Semitic, white supremacist, pro-Hitler, pro-Putin conference. This is a toxin in the bloodstream of America. It must stop.

How low must the decency bar be for Cheney

In the Senate, Sen. Joseph McCarthy is asked by Joseph Welch, special counsel, Until this moment, Senator, I think I never really gauged your cruelty or your recklessness. Have you no sense of decency, sir, at long last?.
Different century, different McCarthy and still a good question. Worth asking again and always, I think.

(81,461 posts)The big story is about how powerfully Ukraine has fought back against a previously-assumed nearly-invincible Russian military.
Many of our fellow Americans still cling to trump. And trump still clings to Putin. And Putins still trying to get his hooks into Ukraine. Whooya gonna side with?
Im wondering what impact the visuals are gonna hav, especially as the war wears on. Were in Day 5 as of this writing. If theres increased Russian wreckage and carnage and destroyed Russian tanks and military vehicles in ditches - what impact will that have on the new Putin fans here?
Two dynamics at war here:
1) America loves a winner
2) nobody wants to admit they were wrong.
Which one will win?
