I was waiting for the "stakeout" presser, and then suddenly the message "Access Denied" came up, and that was the end of that.
I'll be honest. I want to see if any politico loses patience and whacks that Ambassador over the head. If they kick Russia out of the UN, I want to witness that.
So, we shall see. Not the first time I have been rejected with an "Access denied" message. We have all had that happen.

(6,565 posts)1. I was watching UNWeb TV, where they were making speeches regarding what Putin was doing.
2 They took a break. They planned to return in 3 hours.
3. The UN holds pressers for 15 minutes before sessions. It's a news conference where reporters get to ask questions. Normally, you can watch these on UNWeb TV. In fact, they had the graphics telling you to wait.
4. It never came up. It abruptly switched to a screen that said, "Access Denied." This was after (not immediately after, but before the continuation of the UN emergency meeting) the Russian ambassador's own press conference during which he relayed the info that 12 Russian ambassadors were kicked out of the country.
5. The second half of the emergency meeting, was postponed an extra hour. There was no explanation. The conference immediately preceding the planned second half was about human rights in context of the Ukraine crisis. About refugees.
I just thought it was interesting that they chose to say "Access denied" when they could have simply cut the feed. I thought maybe someone else would have heard about something else going on.
