Not making light of the situation but a set piece war hasn't succeeded since WWII.

1. Unfortunately, that will work right up to when they call in air support, missles, and issue orders

to shoot anything that moves. I don't think that has happened yet on a major scale.

5. Part of what has held things up has been the Stingers and the Javelins.

We've seen the tank and convoy damage but Russia has lost more than a dozen aircraft to Stingers. These are shoulder fired single use fire and forget weapons. Extremely hard to find and defend against. The perfect resistance weapon.

Again, I am not dismissing the dire circumstances facing the Ukrainian situation because it can't sustain forever against the Russian military.

Unless they hold out long enough for the body bags to come home and the sanctions take effect and the oligarchs abandon Putin and perhaps the military to join the rest of the world. This is a war of attrition against a superior military force.

If anyone can pull this off Zelensky can. Some Republicans are running as fast as they can to get in front of the parade, Zelensky stood firm and the people fell in behind him.

A few at the rear. And the rest at your leisure. Since it's still wholly intact, they've got some serious air cover. Just means less CAP elsewhere.
