The Russian army is large. They have 900k troops. 12,500 tanks and around 30k armored vehicles.

Besides, Russia has 900k-1million active duty and another 2 million in reserve total. Last estimate I saw was up to 200k troops in or around Ukraine currently. Putin could double that and they would still have half a million active duty troops stationed elsewhere throughout Russia
