The only reason Chump got loans from Deutsche Bank was because some oligarchs agreed to guarantee the loans. (The $250 million is based on the unlikely premise that he got 3.125% terms on all long term debt. With the TO's debt:equity, it's probable that interest averages much closer to 4%.)
Don't let him fool you, too. He's not a billionaire. Never was. If he had taken daddy's money, invested it in index funds, then did nothing other than living like a king, he'd be actually worth $5-6 billion. But, he didn't & he's not.
