Russian business press reporting that, despite high oil prices, people are scared to buy Russian oil. Whole tankers of Russian oil are idling, with no bidders. Some buyers are demanding discounts on Russian oil. All because Putin is a master strategist.

It'll be just like companies pulling financial support from Republicans after the Jan. 6th insurrection only long enough to get a pat on the back, and re-upping their donations as soon as they could.
