As if all of the tanks in the column have only one gun and it faces the front at all times.

But I would recommend that they spit out their chewing gum on the highways leading into their cities. This will stop them.

As if some Ukrainian general is going, "do something to slow down that convoy??? Why didn't I think of that? Thank you Sally in Cedar Rapids Iowa, no one here could have dreamed of something so genius."

I recall a week ago reading more than a few 'Putin's bluffing, we need to mind our business', 'no war under any circumstances' and 'why are we making the MIC rich by sending weapons'.

This week it's 'bomb the Kremlin', 'a lot of Russians could be taken out with a tac nuke' and 'we need to arm every Ukrainian man, woman and child'.

Isn't it strange how one's principles can be so easily reversed?

Strange...in a totally predictable and disgusting way.

I have been pretty good at keeping my mouth shut here, but I certainly would like to think that I could run some aspects of the war a little better. Maybe not on the large scale, but when it comes to small unit tactics or deploying troops at the battalion level and below I think I could be useful.

Then I remind myself that for many Ukrainians, this isn’t the first time they’ve dealt with combat. They most likely are executing the best defense they can with the troops and equipment they have. I doubt I could do better.
