I would like to ask a russian politician...

What will happen after Russia's glorious victory over the drug-addicts and Nazis of Ukraine?

How will this Denazification work?

Which definitions will you use to categorize whether or not someone is a Nazi?

Does the person worship some political authority-figure, and loyalty to this politician is considered to be identical to loyalty to the country?
Does the person think that some ethnicities deserve more rights than others?
Does the person oppose freedom of the press?
Does the person oppose the democratic process?
Does the person consider violence and war legitimate political tools?

Who decides who is going to be investigated for being a Nazi?

Who will conduct the investigation and the gathering of evidence? What are the procedural rules for collecting and storing this evidence?

Will the accused be allowed to defend himself? What will the procedural rules of this hearing or trial be? Who will be the judge? On which legal authority will this person be the judge? Will it be a court of record? Will the trial be public? What is the standard of evidence by which the judge will weigh the evidence? Will there be the opportunity of appeal?

Which steps will be taken to ensure that the trial is not tainted by political bias, e.g. ensuring that the defendant's opinion of Putin and/or Russia will not influence the the verdict of the judge, neither implicit nor explicit?

Which steps will be taken to ensure that the defendant's civil rights as guaranteed by the ukrainian constitution, will be protected at all times during the trial?

What will be the consequences is one is determined to be a Nazi?

Will the person be forbidden from holding public office, work as a judge, as a public official etc.? For how long will the person be forbidden from exercising these constitutional rights? Who will oversee and ensure that the person indeed does not hold office in future elections?

Will the person be forbidden to work as a journalist?

Will the person be sent to jail? If so, for how long and which jail?

Will the person be sentenced to death?
