Richmond International Airport. Why is it international? There’s a flight to Canada. No seriously. One flight.

I can order online, and they will mail it, or pick it up at the bank. You usually have to order in advance, because most bank branches don't stock much foreign currency.

buy some Yugoslavia 500 Billion Dinara Banknotes? Available on eBay for $6.99 each. Claim to be authentic but circulated.

Today, I'm buying one for my granddaughter's Xmas gift! Who knows what the future holds? (No one.)

UPDATE: The item is out of stock. Sorry. Watch for it to return.

I think it's about $2 and change. I'd hate to see that exchange rate against the ruble!

Rubles I can’t say. With any luck, they’ll end up with the same value as Confederate dollars.

It's faster at a major bank, but any bank can do it. You'll generally need 24-72 hours to get the foreign currency. Again, it depends on the bank.

However, not all foreign currencies may be available.

you can do that on the FX exchange on your computer 24/7/365.

Currency markets are highly volatile so you would have a good opportunity to lose a lot of money quicker than you can imagine.

You’ll have to set up a trading account.

You buy them on margin it blocks. I don’t remember much more.

I don’t even know if you can trade rubles right now. I kind of doubt it.

I always get a kick out of people that invest in gold scams that advertise on tv. They buy those stupid coins and think they “bought gold”.

You buy gold on the market. It’s all on paper. You don’t buy actual pieces of gold.

I buy old German DM off from there real close to the exchange rate.

Old German Deutsche Marks are still accepted at many businesses in Germany.

I am saving them up to spend on a trip to Germany.

you can buy travelers checks in other currencies from AAA or AMEX or certain banks, with the added advantage that if the currency declines, you can cash them in for the original U.S. dollar amounts.
