I really hope at the STOTU tonight, when President Biden talks about Ukraine, he lays the blame

completely on the former president, his active attempt to try and dismantle NATO, and doing the bidding for Putin.

Yes, he will talk about the economic accomplishments, and the dire situation that was handed to him, but this will probably be the most important speech before the midterms, and I don't believe he can mince words. The time for bipartisanship has been over for a year.

but no one's talking about that.

Bringing up Trump during the SOTU is not a good idea. Rent, gas, groceries are nightmare prices. DC establishment class need to stop advising anyone.

laid the foundation for that.

As for those other issues, those are a direct result of his trade war policies and mishandling of the pandemic, which provided fuel for the inflation we are experiencing today

adventurism and power play.

He only really feared two other leaders on the planet over the past 20 odd years, and Merkel is now gone, leaving Xi standing alone.

He looks at American Presidents as being too handcuffed by US political divisions to truly rise up over an extended period, and he does his level best to ensure those divisions remain a raw, gaping, oozing wound within the American zeitgeist.

News and social media acting like this happened in some kind of US-centric vacuum.

Bizarre

5. Putin's takeover of the US GOP led him to feel invincible.

He greatly weakened the US and felt he was ready to take over Europe.
Trump's help with NATO, weakening Ukraine all lead to the current war.

So yes, the US helped Putin invade Ukraine.

And now the GOP wish to install autocratic corrupt rule here in the US.

Time to fight back.

He should talk about he did, not what -- who? -- didn't do.

Biden is going into this STOTU really strong. One of the best Presidents in history.

Putin and Trump will have their hands full dealing with Biden's response tonight.
