It asked the question if war should be decided by those who started them. Then, as now, politicians wage war using their countrys youth. Some things never change.

Was it the 1970s or could it have been earlier, say, the late 1960s?

(10,100 posts)I tend to think anything I remember must have been at least the 70s but thats not true. I was alive all thru the 60s though admit-ably I was too young to remember the first part of that decade. Now that I think About it I wonder who produced it and paid for the air time?
