There won't be a single silver bullet, because cancer is many different diseases. But if we devoted enough funds, we could find a lot of silver bullets to fight a lot of different kinds of cancer.

I'm currently taking Keytruda, an immunotherapy drug originally designated for lung cancer patients. But it turns out that it works well on my endometrial cancer, too. I started it when my cancer returned for the second time, when there were no more treatments available for me. Within months, my tumor melted and I've been cancer-free for two and one-half years.

There is hope out there, but we all need more.

Much has changed since then. He’s talking the final push over the top and not building the infrastructure we didn’t know we’d need to get here.

Plus, Nixon!

My wife had it twice, including one round with a rare type known here in Germany as "Der Mörder." The murderer. She was that one in ten thousand that survived it. So, obviously most who get it do not.

I haven't had it--yet. But both my parents had it and ALL of their siblings had it. So, with me, it's probably not "if," but "when."

I'm in no rush for my round. If progress is made, I'll be dancing in the streets with the rest of them. My yearly donations to cancer research are among my largest.
