That's to increase the likelihood it's read, and also to keep from harming the places being "reviewed."

There are plenty of sample Russian text to use on Twitter. The thread I saw had Anonymous and David Hogg among others.

With Russian media so much under the control of the government, the idea is to get around censorship through leaving Yelp reviews to get the word out.

Using a VPN is recommended.
