41. That's what I am thinking. My mother has been going through treatment for double-hit stage3

diffuse large B-cell non-hodgkins lymphoma since last August and has been treated w/Prednisone (btw, her aggressive treatment is serving her well and she's in remission) and she has had that look. Not great. He has the same look that she did.

That bloated, unhealthy look.

Fortunately she has ended up doing fairly well, but he looks like the evil is finally destroying him from the inside out. She has been able to finally take a break from all the treatment and she and my dad are finally down in Florida enjoying a much needed break through the end of April.

Former foreign secretary and doctor Lord David Owen has accused Russian president Vladimir Putin of taking steroids and said his aggression could be caused by them.

Speaking to Times Radio, Owen said that Putin's changing face shape was a sign that the Russian dictator has been taking steroids, which, he says, are known to cause "aggressiveness" in bodybuilders.

"Look at his face, see how that has changed – he now has an oval face," said Owen. "People who said, 'oh, it's plastic surgery or Botox,' I don't believe that at all."

For what it is worth, I am on testosterone replacement therapy (testicular failure) and I’ve never had bloating or aggressiveness from that. In fact just the opposite - well-being, mental clarity and leaner body.

But prednisone! It is a miracle drug if you need it, but the sides are awful. I had that Putin look and I was crazy agressive!

(Fortunately the bloating and anger arent permanent, they go away when you stop taking it)

My wife just read this to me after I showed her those bloated pics of Putin and that we DU’ers thought he might be on prednisone.

She agreed he does have that bloated prednisone look. She remembered this article which talks about US intelligence investigating his increasingly erratic behavior. She said his behavior does sound like the mental side effects of prednisone.

We DU’ers gotta call the CIA and tell them we got it figured out.
