Possible? Some supply drops and take out that convoy. With any decent Air Force that convoy would be gone right now.

If they wanted to enter the war. I see no way for a country to start bombing runs on Russian convoys without entering the war though.

I read somewhere that they didn't want to anger Russia. So they didn't provide their portion of the power source. So probably not.

3. I guess that if Israel wanted to declare war on Russia they could. It would be declaring war...
