Joshua James, one of the 11 Oath Keepers charged with seditious conspiracy alongside the group's founder Stewart Rhodes, appears poised to plead guilty Wednesday afternoon, a major development in the most serious criminal case to emerge from the Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the Capitol.
--snip--
It's unclear what the broader impact of James' plea agreement will be, but other plea agreements from Jan. 6 defendants have typically included agreements to cooperate with federal prosecutors. Cooperation by James could provide prosecutors with valuable insight about the planning and mindset of those organizing the attack.

These 11 are nailed, the DOJ would not have charged as they did if they could not prove it and this particular seditious prick knows it, and I expect he will be only the first of them to cooperate.
Edit - Hat tip to LetMyPeopleVote, in post #4 we have some confirmation of cooperation:

We'll know 100% later this afternoon but it looks like the first one has flipped. This will not be cooperation against any of the other 10 seditious conspirators, the DOJ had them nailed when they were arrested. This will lead directly up the chain to the next level... TFG's inner circle.

(30,613 posts)I assume the government must be getting something good in exchange. Maybe actually leading to charges for the coup plotters? Dare I dream?

(4,913 posts)If he made a plea agreement, that means he is telling all. Prosecutors would accept nothing less.

So, your statement is only partially true. Most here, yes. But, there are those making such proclamations.
