After her fellow Republicans booted her from party leadership last year, Rep. Liz Cheney posed a question:
Do we hate our political adversaries more than we love our country?
Now, with Vladimir Putins invasion of Ukraine, Republicans are answering that question in the affirmative.
The dictator is betting that division within the United States will sap American resolve and thereby sow disunity between the United States and European democracies allowing him to crush Ukraines democracy and potentially others. And Republicans are giving him what he wants. They are so determined to see President Biden fail that they would let President Putin succeed.

(16,494 posts)Liz Cheney is correct. I would like to see her go Independent. I think she will become more of a Democrat over time in her voting. She has to be sick to her stomach as to what the Republican Party has become. I also hope she regrets her Congressional voting in favor of TDFG.

We already knew of RU's backdoor involvement. YOU knew it too.
"Russia if you're listening".
There are plenty of names that stood in lockstep against America & enriched themselves while this country & its govt was under a direct threat.
It way too late to narrow down that long list of Putin enablers to the Republican Party.
Is this your slinking out the backdoor with the empty can of gasoline moment?
Fk you.

You know that's what Reps would be saying if the markets soared a day after a Republican president gave the SOTU speech.
Gang of Putin.
