Someone has already offered a $1m bounty on him.
I'll bet that a gofundme would raise even more $ if authenticated and supervised openly and appropriately.

"You are funding a Minecraft server in the NATO offices of whatever, this money will go towards the person who wins the competition of bringing Putin to the NATO office to play Minecraft."
I dunno, be creative. Do it. I'll push some finds into it.
And if it doesnt work, have the funds dump into some Refugee Non-Profit.
