our citizenship. The right wing owned & managed media has made a mockery of their "freedom of the press". They have employed very subtle, but unrelenting propaganda against democrats for a long time. It was the commercial media that couldn't go 30 seconds for two years without mentioning Donald Trump on the lead up to the 2020 election.

"This is the time to stand up for your country" isn't only rhetorical, it's unnecessary.

They've been bought, sold, compromised and threatened for so long to so many that they no longer have the ability or desire to uphold a silly oath that too was only play-acting to them.
