If I or my tank crew had allowed our tank to get in that kind of condition, there would have been hell to pay. Our tank was always ship-shape and deployment-ready.

I don't doubt it, I'm just really interested in the lack of maintenance in the Russian equipment.

And the front headlight/convoy light assembly is gone. The housing is there, meaning it likely didn't get shot off; I'm guessing they were waiting for a new one when the invasion started.
