Its as though theyre saying sexual assault and sexual harassment are just part of the cost of doing business. Corporations place a higher value on the perpetrator than on the victim, as a zero tolerance policy would ensure an end to bad behavior. Instead, an elaborate scheme to retain the perpetrators was set up, to the detriment and disrespect of the victims.
