Jan 6 committee about to recommend criminal charges against Trump

Where in the hell is Merrick Garland. It would be so much more effective if he stepped up and told us what he’s doing. Trump’s goons (Male and Female) think they’re getting away with murder. The Dept of Justice needs to at least let them know there is a formal investigation going on of everything Trump. They are laughing at us and I am sick of it.

This happened in 12 weeks - Mueller indicted; or got guilty pleas from;

George Papadopoulas
Paul Manafort
Rick Gates
Michael Flynn
13 Russian nationals
3 Russian companies
Richard Pinedo
Alex van der Zwaan
Konstantin Kilimnik
12 Russian GRU officers
Michael Cohen
Roger Stone
Sam Patten

Mueller also laid out the evidence to convict Trump of obstruction of justice
Mueller also laid out the evidence to convict Trump of campaign finance violations. (individual one)

if Garland indicts Trump now then the J6 committee becomes ineffectual...it's obvious to me the committee is clearing the way for Garland/DOJ to go after Trump...the first salvo was fired yesterday...Trump/Eastman knowingly participated in a federal crime...

You don't bring criminal charges against a former POTUS unless you have the most airtight case possible. It will set a precedent , it needs to be unassailable.

when asked if DOJ was waiting for the select committee to finish its work and Schiff said God I hope not. Schiff said that DOJ should be working independently of the select committee and should absolutely not be waiting for referrals.

His words not mine, OK I added "God."

So basically what we’re saying is that Garland would rather let the Democracy go down the drain than give a hint of partisanship.

I am so tired of all these little snippets on every TV channel, reporting that “they” got the goods on Trump.

He has yet to be indicted.
