I see no good options for Putin. But he is still the most dangerous man in the world. Ultimately. it will be the generals who decide how this nightmare ends.

That didn’t turn out so well.

Germany was again broke and isolated after World War II. The victorious powers were smarter that time. Winning a war is only step one. If you don’t win the peace, your victory will not last long.
