Ukraine's rich farmland has made it a "breadbasket". One would think Putin would.....

.....have some misgivings about contaminating it with a large scale breach of containment at one of their nuclear power plants. Maybe he really has lost it. Worst case would be a radioactive cloud drifting across Europe and his calculus being “a couple of nukes can’t make it much worse.

Do they have good command and control over the line units? You’d think they would but then you’d think they’d be able to fuel their vehicles and troops (food).

Their logistics are heavily reliant on rail and their rail gauge is wider then the rest of Europe. Their trains can’t run to their west.
