Please stop asking this. Every American citizen has the right to agitate against the United States. Even a former president. It is evil, but it is not treason.

Plotting a strategy to overrule the Constitution of the United States of America is not "agitating".

Yes, Trump and his gang of lawless dickheads agitate the hell out of everyone. They go far beyond that when they use threats and coercion to change the outcome of verified state voting results.

Urging a crowd of fascist boneheads to storm the Capitol in an attempt to overturn the results of a free and fair election goes far beyond "agitation".

RadioFreeTom is talking out of his ass, because his mouth knows better.
