Do you suspect that Putin would turn over his "war criminals" to the International Court? No, I am sorry, the Germans did not hold the Nuremburg Trials, and they weren't the ones who hung the war criminals. It was not Bomber Harris that was left swinging in the breeze. Nothing has changed but the posturing.
