Yeah I have Spectrum, and they blow. Unfortunately I live in an area where you cannot get anything else.

it has always sucked here in South TX, regardless of provider: T-Mobile, Spectrum, or At&T. Russians don't need to interfere. Same with electricity and water. Sometimes it feels like we are in Mexico

Sounds like they are doing a little prodding at the cloud based services like AWS, based on info I am getting from some IT buddies. If they manage to make one of these services go down it will have worldwide impact.
