Agitprop for Russian activists

Background: Russian Duma passed laws outlawing the use of the words "war", "attack", and "invasion" when talking about the little "special operation" (approved terminology) in Ukraine.

Idea: Post on lampposts and telephone poles, etc., a cheap B&W flyer proclaiming

"By legislation passed into law by our Duma,
the Russian Government hereby prohibits the
use of the words "war", "attack", and "invasion"
when talking about Ukraine. You must use
the phrase "special operation".

Then cite the specific legislation.

Reasoning: This avoids breaking the law while ensuring that people will know that the government considers this important enough to block the words. Simultaneously, body bags will be coming home and grieving mothers will be receiving a death "benefit". As the word of one permeates the social zeitgeist, so will the contradictory other Reality.

B&W means easy cheap reproduction.

"You there! Yes you! You are under arrest for telling people to obey the law!!" Nyet.
