Inspectors are not allowed into damaged nuclear plant. Workers

are still there running the plant at the point of Russian guns. Nuclear plants need to be run at perfect integrity at all times. The workers are under stress which is bad. IAEA wants in. CNN Joe Cirricirone CNN
