I never heard of him, and I once worked/applied at Allen-Bradley

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harry_Lynde_Bradley

His ancestry traces back to William Bradley who died 1691 in New Haven, Ct.

His great grandfather Amos Bradley was a paper manufacturer in Dansville, Livingston, NY in the 1830s.

I'll summarize:

--Milwaukee based
--Brothers Lynde and Harry
--Assets over $532 million
--Produced electronic and radio components
--Financial supporters of John Birch Society, American Enterprise Institute and Heritage Foundation
--Contributed to National Review
--GOALS: DEREGULATION, PRIVATIZATION AND ROLLBACK OF SOCIAL WELFARE PROGRAMS
