Doctors without Borders is in border countries and Ukraine attending to the wounded. They have a 90% rating from CharityNavigator.. 90% of the money goes to helping the people. A very high number from what I have gathered.

In the last few minutes I became aware of an org. called IRC - International Rescue Committee. According to the website they are set up to make emergency donations to Ukraine. I'm an avid visitor to DU and I am aware of Omaha Steve. Do you have any suggestions as to how I could approach him or get this accomplished.
