I was in Prague shortly after the fall. The Czechs were trying to get it right but they were exhilerated to the extent nobody really cared.

Maybe the old farts staying around governments should hang it up and let the younger people take over.

Granted, there is a lot of knowledge from older people, but there are also a lot of old hang-ups that won't let them grow. They remain stagnant through their experiences.

I'm old and know what I'm speaking about.
