Putin can never stop the flow of arms into Ukraine.

The border with Nato countries is hundreds of miles long. Putin would have to put a huge amount of forces across the entire border and that probably would not be enough. Even if Putin blocked all roadways, that would not stop it.

People are very resourceful during war time. The people of Ukraine will find ways to smuggle weapons into Ukraine. That's how it has always worked in times of war.

Remember Henry Knox and the noble train of artillery. Knox and his men hauled 60 tons of cannons by ox drawn sleds over 300 miles, over snow covered mountains, across frozen rivers to Boston.
