Roger Stone said Jared Kushner should be 'punished in the most brutal possible way' in previously unheard recordings, WaPo reports
Longtime GOP strategist Roger Stone made threatening comments about Donald Trump's son-in-law and aide Jared Kushner in previously unheard recordings, The Washington Post reported.

Stone had also created a "pardon wish list" of various other felons, and in October 2020 told one prisoner's representative that Jared Kushner would help him secure them.

"In two weeks he's moving to Miami," Stone told Alejandro, referring to a $32 million lot in Miami purchased by Kushner and his wife Ivanka Trump.
"He's going to get a beating. He needs to have a beating. And needs to be told, 'This time we're just beating you. Next time we're killing you,'" Stone reportedly said to Alejandro.
Alejandra urged Stone to say he was joking, aware that filmmakers were nearby, but Stone refused.
"No, no, it isn't joking. Not joking. It's not a joke," Stone reportedly replied.

We know Stone is in the crosshairs of the DOJ, his boy Joshua James has flipped and is cooperating. I think these tapes are showing Stone will also flip. He is pissed he did not get another pardon and knows he needed one... He will give over everything he can to keep from dying in jail.
I still think they will have enough that the rotten old fucker does die in jail even with cooperation.

(58 posts)Can you imagine being so corrupt that you would need 2 presidential pardons to stay out of prison?

(9,670 posts)He's made a living out of peddling lies and selling influence via disinformation. He has proven to say whatever is expedient at the moment and lacks remorse for any of his myriad crimes. There is no room for him or his ilk in Washington. Time to expunge and move on.

(7,265 posts)What is Stone's beef with Jared?
And why did Stone think he needed "another pardon"?
For what? After all, he WAS pardoned by his daddy and literally got a "get out of jail" free card, didn't he?
I'm missing something here, but I can't figure out what it is, or why I should care about the ravings of criminal lunatic.

(21,656 posts)I can just see this now. probably goes something like this:
Stone has an an advanced agreement with his sugar daddy to organize the stop the steal insurrection, on the promise that if arrested, daddy would bail him out with a pardon.
His sugar daddy reneges, and Roger is blaming Kushner thinking he put the kibosh on that promise. is that about right?
