If the Russians do manage to create the radiation cloud that this would produce, may strong winds carry it directly to Russia.

in Ukraine, winds will carry it somewhere. Agree that the Russian people are not responsible for Putin's actions. Neither are the Ukranians nor the rest of Europe.

Better that such a thing never happens in the first place. But my only point is that, considering that Putin's goal is to intentionally inflict such a catastrophe on Ukraine and western Europe, it could backfire on him.

Wherever such a cloud would spread, the people, plants, animals, water, earth, and air will not deserve it. But if it is created by Russia, a backfire on Russia might at least put an end to such tactics.
