Do we really have any treaty obligations with Taiwan?

We know that China was planning an invasion, but I think they are now jittery after Ukraine.

China likes making money and the severe sanctions no doubt make them nervous. And they don't want the world to really hate them. They want the world to buy what they sell.

Xi and Putin were planning on being the sole 21st century superpowers, but I don't think their plans are working out the way they hoped.
